Erling Haaland proved once again that he is a goal machine as the forward scored a brace as Manchester City beat Brighton 3-1 on Saturday in the 13th round of the Premier League.

The Norwegian scored in the 22nd and 43rd minutes (penalty). Brighton reduced the deficit thanks to Trossard (’53), but De Bruyne (’75) set the final score.

Haaland is the Premier League’s top scorer with 17 goals and 3 assists. He is followed in the hierarchy by Harry Kane (“Tottenham” – 9 goals and 1 assist).

After that success, Pep Guardiola’s side (2nd place) moved one point behind leaders Arsenal (not yet at this stage). Instead, Brighton is in 8th place with 15 points.
