The music teacher, who is accused of molesting a 12-year-old student of a music school in Ioannina for 3 months, will again sit on the Ioannina Mixed Jury Court of Appeal. The 12-year-old girl plucked up the courage to talk about her experiences in class to her then 53-year-old teacher and described his actions to her mother in great detail.

The parents immediately contacted the police and reported the incident, and they sued the teacher in 2016. Although the teacher was not arrested for running the bus, after the main investigation was completed, the case was taken to court. and the teachers were sentenced to 8 years in prison.

Immediately after the decision was made, he exercised his right to appeal and was released under restrictive conditions.

Today Friday, Ioannina’s Mixed Court of Appeal hears the case of a 59-year-old teacher accused of indecency against a minor under the age of 14 and indecent behavior of a minor allegedly committed in 2016 in the hall of the Ioannina High School of Music, the victim is 12 years old.
