The weather will warm up in the coming days, but Friday morning was colder than usual, with lows of -7 degrees and frost across most of the country, ANM data showed. On Saturday, a maximum temperature of up to 25 degrees and plus temperatures are expected everywhere.
On Friday morning it was -6.4°C in Intorsura Buzăului, -6.3°C in Merkurya-Chuk and -4.7°C in Toplica. Negative minimums were in most of the country, from Timişoara to Bacău and from Buzău to Satu Mare.
It was -7 at the peak of Omu, and -3.8 C in Brasov. It was the least cold in Shiria (near Arad), where the minimum was +7 C. It was +5.8 C in Giurgiu and Drobeta-Turnu-Severin.
The maximum temperature on Friday will be from 11 to 20 degrees Celsius, the following night – from 6 to 14 degrees Celsius. On Saturday, the maximum daytime temperature will range from 15 to 25 degrees.
