The Premier League leaders have postponed their domestic derby against champions Manchester City in favor of a European clash with PSV Eindhoven on Thursday 20 October at 8pm.
The match was originally scheduled for the middle of last month but was postponed due to a lack of security personnel to properly conduct the match, UEFA said.
“The postponement of the game is necessary in a context in which most law enforcement officers are busy ensuring the smooth conduct of the funeral ceremonies of Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain,” the continental forum said at the time.
