“Oracle Red Bull Racing violated the existing rule regarding the financial rules of the Formula 1 season. The FIA is now determining the actions that need to be taken,” the FIA press release said.
At the international forum, it was also stated that Aston Martin also committed a “procedural violation” of the Formula 1 financial regulations.
