
​Motorists will have access to a mobile app connected to all RCA insurers from Monday, October 17, which will allow them to fill out a civil accident report in electronic format, the Motor Insurers Bureau announced on Monday. The app, called Amiabila, also has a demo site that describes how it will work.
The Bureau of Motor Insurers (BAAR) on Monday issued a press invitation for the launch of the Amiabila program, which will allow motorists to fill the settlement report form electronically as per the latest amendments. to RCA legislation.

Basically, two drivers involved in an accident have to fill in all the data on the same phone to draw a sketch together. In this way, the application can complete the document from one point of view, at the end joint documents can be sent to the insurers of both parties involved.
How the Amiabila program will work in 10 steps:
- 1: Download the app
- 2: You create a user account in the application (user email address or phone number + password)
- 3. Click the “add find” button, which is located in the “Finds” section.
- 4. Fill in your personal details: You can take a picture of your ID and the app will automatically extract and fill in the details using OCR
- 5. Fill in details about the time of the accident: the application has an exact GPS location and auto-fill of the address where the accident occurred if you do not know the address.
- 6. Choose the damage done: You can choose the direction of the impact as well as the damage the car has suffered
- 7. Build the circumstances of the road accident: the selected circumstances (the car is stationary; the vehicle has stopped; at the time of departure; opening the door; at the time of stopping; leaving the parking lot, etc.) generate the construction of sketches. - 8. Fill in the details of vehicle B: The driver of vehicle B should go through the same process as vehicle A on the same phone to help sketch together.
