Small entrepreneurs often make mistakes, says ANAF chairman Lucian Geiusz.
“In order to pay less money, they choose all kinds of solutions that often lead them to unpleasant situations for them. Instead of concluding a contract with an expert or an accountant, they call various officials,” he said in an interview with B1TV.
According to him, in addition to the fact that accounting by those officials is illegal, they are also confusing you.
There have been cases, Heyusch confirmed to us, when officials from ANAF or the city hall have incorrectly kept the accounting records for various entrepreneurs, causing problems for the latter.
“When we go for control, we mostly find that the errors we find are not made by the employer, but by the person who kept the records. Adhering to such a mechanism creates a lot of problems for them,” said Lucian Geiusz.
