Two citizens, aged 53 and 42, were arrested on warrants on Friday evening by members of the Under-Directorate for the Protection of Minors of the Attica Security Directorate on charges of sexual acts (rape consecutively) against a 12-year-old girl and other crimes.
According to APE-MBE, the underage worked in the shop of a 53-year-old woman who is accused of sexual assault and filming.
A 53-year-old man was prosecuted under the articles “Repeated rape of a minor, abuse of a minor by a person receiving the services of a minor, abuse of a minor, pornography of minors with aggravating circumstances, pimping with the use of aggravating circumstances.” electronic means of communication, sexual intercourse with a minor, and unlawful violence against a minor.
A criminal case has been initiated against a 42-year-old man on the fact of sexual intercourse with a minor for a fee.
Those arrested are accused of committing the aforementioned criminal acts against a minor in Athens.
2 pistols, 572 rounds of ammunition, 21 knives, a bayonet, 2 laptops and a hard drive were found and confiscated from the 53-year-old, while the 42-year-old had a laptop and 2 USB drives. .
The detainees were taken to the competent prosecutor’s office.
