In the notice of changes to the technical requirements, the border police notes that these changes are timely, since no bids were submitted at a similar auction, which began on March 6, 2022, and also due to the fact that the new auction registered requests for clarification with a request to change the minimum power and liter capacity, respectively, acceptance of the technical proposal, in which the engine power is 131 kW, and the liter power is 65.5 kW/1000 cubic meters.
