The latter declared the birth as a spontaneous abortion of a female product of conception without signs of viability .Although the signs of vitality were obvious and he was informed about this by the medical staff who were in contact with the newborn, the doctor for more than 12 hours without reason refused to take measures to provide medical assistance,” – claim the investigators.
