The lawyer claims that the charges against the doctor were based on some footage that “recreates a horror movie”, claiming that the baby, dumped in a bin in a tied bag, managed to escape.

“The ones described above, which are extremely accurate, were also filmed and a horror film was made from the footage. Also, all the documents drawn up for the “living dead”, that is, the child who somehow escaped from the tied mouth of the bag to suffocate and die, were also forged. This is the beginning of the story, and it is likely that other parents who do not know what happened to their children will come forward,” says Koukoulis.

According to the lawyer, based on the testimony of the nurses and medical staff of the hospital, Dr. Florian Robe made a “practice” of treating such premature babies.

The head of the INSMC “Alessandrescu – Rusescu” Oana Toader reports that the hospital will express its point of view on the inspections carried out by public institutions and aimed at the activities of the doctor Florian Robe, after the completion of the investigation.

The management of the hospital where Polizu Maternity works says that “since the incident until now, there have been several managers in the management of INSMC Alessandrescu-Rusescu”, health department officials did not specify which incident they are referring to. to.

The Board of Doctors of the Municipality of Bucharest (CMMB) notified itself and opened a disciplinary investigation on Friday as a result of information that appeared in the public space regarding the case of doctor Florian Robe from the Polizu maternity hospital, accused of preventing the death of premature babies.

“The board of doctors of the municipality of Bucharest categorically declares that such a situation, provided it is confirmed as a result of the investigation, is UNACCEPTABLE. However, before making any statement, you should wait for the OFFICIAL RESULT of the investigation by the competent authorities. We clarify that no report has been registered in the CMMB regarding this case, said Doctor Catalina Poiane, President of the College of Doctors from the Municipality of Bucharest.
