The reason for the episode was the statement of Magda Fissa, who continues to testify, according to which “Is Lagos a political prisoner? The bones of political prisoners are cracking.”

The scene developed as follows:

While the Civil Procedure Committee was asking questions about Rupakias’s defense remark that a witness had received a question about the contents of the case file, the chairman told the Fiss family’s lawyer about the musician’s mother: “An eyewitness is someone who says the same thing all the time.” Ms Fissa responded a few minutes later to objections to questions about knowledge from the case file by saying: “Are we getting over five and a half years of procedure? What have we been through here?”, a phrase that drew applause from the audience.

The floor was taken by the lawyer of Yannis Lagos, Konstantinos Plevris, who said that abroad there would be no such gloomy picture to the applause in the courtroom. “Would you dare to give the Nazi salute if you were abroad?” was Ms. Fissa’s response with a lawyer instead of another response, giving the Nazi salute before the chair left the room.

“Aren’t you ashamed, fascist? Aren’t you ashamed of so many crimes?” shouted the audience when the court session was briefly interrupted by anti-fascist slogans.
