Dacia will present the Manifesto concept and the limited edition Duster “Mat Edition” at the Paris Motor Show (October 17-23), but the most important news is related to the first hybrid engine in the line, presented on the Jogger. The opening of orders will take place in early 2023, and the first deliveries will take place in the spring of next year.

When Dacia first announced the Jogger in September 2021, it said the model would also have a hybrid version in 2023.

Around 30,000 Joggers have been sold in Europe since March, with June being the best month with almost 10,000 vehicles.

At the world premiere in Paris, the MANIFESTO concept, a complete line of models with a new visual identity and a limited series of the Duster model will be presented. The HYBRID 140 engine will also appear in Dacia colors for the first time.

At the Dacia stand, a demonstrator of the HYBRID 140 engine will be presented. This engine will appear for the first time in the Dacia range on the Jogger model.

“To meet the demand of passionate customers, the Duster will be presented at the Dacia stand in a limited series called the ‘Mat Edition.’ It will be available in a single configuration with an exclusive body color and the benefits of Dacia’s advanced mechanical equipment: the TCe 150 engine combined with the EDC dual-clutch automatic transmission,” the company says.

Dacia also announced that it will be selling products such as backpacks, portable water containers, helmets and waterproofs in its online store from October 17.
