Angelina Jolie is back with a new complaint against Brad Pitt, revealing a few more details about their last trip from France to California in September 2016, which prompted her to file for divorce. Their fight started when Pete accused her of being “too easy” on their kids and then started yelling at her in the bathroom.

“When one of their children came to her defense, Pitt lunged at the child and Jolie grabbed him from behind to stop him. Trying to remove her, he injured her back and elbow. The children rushed to her aid. Pete tried to strangle one of the children and punched another in the face. Everyone begged him to stop. They were scared,” the actress said in a statement, adding that she then “poured beer on Jolie.” And in another place, he “doused the children with beer and red wine.”

In her complaint, she also claims that there was no contract for the Chateau Miraval winery. Jolie offered to sell her stake to Pitt, but he reportedly “demanded” her to sign “an agreement barring her from speaking out of court about his physical and emotional abuse of her and their children.” Jolie refused, and Pitt refused the deal, ”the attorneys’ documents say, People reports.
