Musk offered his recipe for peace between Russia and Ukraine on Twitter, accompanying it with a poll:

– To resume elections in the annexed regions under the supervision of the UN. Russia is leaving, if the will of the people is for it.
– Crimea is formally part of Russia, as it was since 1783 (before Khrushchev’s mistake).
– Crimea’s water supply is ensured.
– Ukraine remains neutral.
