Two cases of seven people arrested as part of an operation by the prosecutor’s office of the Polytechnic University to eliminate groups with long-standing criminal activity.
Two cases were brought to court yesterday by the prosecutor’s office.
The consideration of the first case was postponed to November 14, 2022 due to the absence of lawyers for trials under Part 6 of Article 187 of the Criminal Code, which provides for imprisonment for those convicted of a group crime.
The second trial was postponed to October 10, 2022 due to the absence of a key police witness.
By a court decision, all the detainees were released, including a probationary police officer who allegedly informed the members of the criminal group about the movements of the police.
It is noted that the 23-year-old girl was removed from office by the headquarters of the Greek army, and an administrative examination was appointed against her under oath for committing criminal offenses.
