Romania’s top scorer was captain Christina Nyagu, who scored 11 goals.
Florentin Pera made his debut on the tricolor bench.
In the first match of the day, Serbia beat Spain 30-28.
In both matches, the sound system of the new arena in Bystrica did not work, so the players sang the anthems, and the fans performed in the tricolor.
They will play again at “Karpat Trophy”.
