The 20-year-old was taken before the First District Attorney of Kyparissia today and, as Nikos Angelopoulos, the father’s attorney, testified, “the charges brought against the 20-year-old include attempted murder, joint possession of a firearm, and cultivation of cannabis for the individual and sole use”.
According to the lawyer, “the father denies the charges of attempted murder and possession of a weapon.” Regarding the father’s version of the incident, Nikos Angelopoulos stated that “the baby had a severe crying attack and being inexperienced as he is only 20 years old, he did not know how to handle a four-month-old infant.”
