Navalny is being sent to the pre-trial detention center for the fifth time, this time for 12 days. He recently completed 15 days of isolation.

“I didn’t like what I said about the mobilization, so you, Navalny, will get 12 days!” – said the Russian opposition figure during the hearing on Friday, according to the independent publication “Mediazon”.

At Wednesday’s hearing, Navalny, 46, accused Vladimir Putin of throwing countless lives into a “meat grinder” in his dogged desire to continue an “illegal war” in Ukraine.

Oleksiy Navalny is currently in penal colony No. 6 in Melekhovo, approximately 260 kilometers northeast of Moscow, in particularly harsh conditions. It has been closed since 2021.
