
OUR Finland decided to take steps to “significantly” restrict entry Russian citizens on its territory, the government announced today, after it had already halved the number of tourist visas issued to them.
The Scandinavian country, which has seen a rise in the number of Russians entering the country through its land border after Moscow announced it was calling up reservists for the war in Ukraine, will use the floor “serious attack” in “his international position”the government said.
The committee, which includes the president, prime minister and ministers, decided to “significantly limit the number of entries of Russian citizens into the country, as well as the issuance of visas on the basis of a serious blow to the international position of Finland,” the government said in a statement.
