The Security Service of Ukraine stated that employees of the Federal Security Service of Russia (FSB) tortured residents of the city of Kupyansk, Kharkiv Region, Kyiv Independent reports.
Kyiv Independent reports that when FSU officers were in then-occupied Kupyansk, they tortured residents and threatened to send them to minefields and kill their families.
“They used a stun gun against me for 40 minutes, then they shot either with pneumatic or gas weapons, I don’t know – I was in a bag,” said the victim, quoted by the Kyiv Independent.
One of the victims said: “For 40 minutes, they pointed a stun gun at me, then they shot either with a pneumatic weapon or with a gas weapon, I don’t know – I was in a bag.”
