
The Disciplinary and Ethical Commission of the FRF adopted on Friday a ban on the organization of home matches between “Dynamo” and “Steaua” as a result of incidents in the match between the two teams in the sixth stage of Ligue 2. The groups also received sports fines.

SK Dynamo 1948 SA
“According to Art. 82/1 and 3/a and c, related to Art. 83/2/d RD, SC Dinamo 1948 SA was imposed a sports fine of 10,000 lei.
According to Art. 82/1 and 3/b, related to Article 83/2/c with the application of Art. 54 paragraph 2 and 4 of the RD, SC “Dynamo 1948 SA” is punished with a sports fine of 5,000 lei and a ban on organizing games at its own stadium for 2 (two) games.
According to Art. 45/3 RD, “Dynamo 1948 SA” club will comply with the sanction prohibiting the organization of games at its own stadium for 2 (two) games and a sports fine of 15,000 lei.”
ChSA Steaua
“According to Art. 82/ 2 and 3/a and c, related to Art. 83/2/d, a sports fine of 22,500 lei was imposed on the Steaua Army Sports Club.
According to Art. 82/2 and 3/b, related to Article 83/2/c with the application of Art. 54 paragraphs 2 and 4 of the RD, the Steaua Army Sports Club is subject to a fine of 11,250 lei and a ban on organizing games at its own stadium for 4 (four) games.
According to Art. 82/2 and 3/f, related to article 83/2/g RD, the army sports club Steaua is punished with a sports fine of 50,000 lei.
According to Art. 45/3 RD, Steaua Army Sports Club will fulfill the sanction of banning the organization of games at its own stadium for 4 (four) games and a sports fine of 83,750 lei.”
War at the National Arena in the match “Dynamo” against “Steaua” – ultras beat the gendarmes with fire extinguishers, fences and chairs
The match between Dynamo and Steaua started with a delay of about seven minutes due to pyrotechnic materials thrown by fans, and at half-time the “war” continued as the ultras fought with the police.
The problems started even before the game, when the ultras of the two teams turned the stands into a real battlefield.
At halftime of the match at the National Arena, footage from the players’ section shows ultras throwing fire extinguishers, chairs and a fence at the gendarmes (they had to use tear gas to calm the spirits).
The General Directorate of Gendarmerie of the Municipality of Bucharest announced that 75 illegal sanctions for a total of 125,050 lei were applied after the match.
