Queen Elizabeth II recently died at the age of 96 after an eventful life that included 70 years of her reign over England and the Commonwealth. A chance to go back to the cars that she sometimes loved to drive, that marked her life and that still belong to the royal family or not.

The queen who loved the car

And she also loved her country, as the vast majority of her cars were made by English manufacturers. It must be said that the latter specialize in luxury, which is ideal for members of the royal family, since we are talking about such brands as Bentley, Rolls Royce or Jaguar and Daimler.

The Queen did her classes during the Second World War, during which she was ambulance driver. She also does not hesitate to stick her hands into the engine. Since then, she has owned many models, often exclusive ones, and has been regularly seen behind the wheel of some of them.
