In the period 1.I-31.VII.2022 compared to the period 1.I-31.VII.2021, turnover in the industry increased, in nominal terms, by 26.5%.
In July (compared to the previous month), the industrial decline was observed everywhere: both in the extractive industry (-5.9%) and in the manufacturing industry (-2.2%).
A decrease was recorded by the main industrial groups: energy (-5.3%), production means industry (-2.8%), intermediate goods industry (-2.4%), consumer goods industry (-0.4%). durable goods industry (-0.3%).
In the first 7 months, the industry grew by 26.5%, thanks to the growth of the extractive industry (+128.3%) and the processing industry (+23.8%).
In large industrial groups, the growth of turnover was recorded in the following sectors: energy (+114.0%), intermediate goods industry (+27.9%), consumer goods industry (+23.7%), production equipment industry (+14, 2%) durable goods industry (+12.6%).
