The authorities were alerted at noon on Friday in Thessaloniki when a man brandishing a gun attacked an internet cafe worker.

According to thestival.gr, eyewitnesses reported that the man, who is an accountant, moved towards an employee of an Internet cafe with the intention of hitting him. He left to save himself. The accountant returned to his office, broke the glass in the entrance, took the pistol and went out into the street.

“What we saw was unbelievable. He kicked his shop door open. He was cut on his leg and bleeding. He came out with a gun in his hand. He was looking for someone they had a fight with.
