The Department of Criminal Prosecution for Crimes Against Life and Personal Liberty of the Attica Security Directorate has solved the attempted murder of Turkish citizens, committed on Friday, September 2, in Vathi Square.

According to the results of the preliminary investigation, the identity of the perpetrator was established. As kathimerini.gr wrote yesterday, this is a Turkish citizen who, early in the morning on Sunday, September 4, attacked in Petralonaunknown, who shot him, mortally wounding him. Investigative actions to identify the perpetrators of the murder are ongoing.

Recall, two Turkish citizens aged 22 and 27 were injured as a result of shots that sounded last Friday at noon at the intersection of Marnis and Aharnon streets, when the man who, as it turned out, was killed in Petralona, ​​shot two foreigners from firearms. One of the two wounded fled the scene and was later found unconscious on the IKA hill, Alexandras Avenue.

The two men were taken to the hospital by an EKAV ambulance. One received three bullets in the chest, the other was wounded in the back.
