Launched in 2019, the Porsche Taycan already has a sporty and futuristic look as standard, but if that wasn’t enough for you, Preliminary design offers a wide body kit for a 100% electric sedan with a particularly aggressive style.

The model presented by the German trainer has a fluorescent yellow color, enriched body parts made of fiberglass gloss black, which can be found, for example, in the front end with a blade that extends above the impressive wheel arch extensions that include aerodynamic air scoops.

In profile, the Prior Design body kit also includes prominent side sills, not to mention a sportier rear spoiler that complements the original black skirt. There’s also a discreet little black spoiler that sits above the taillight line.

Different configurations are possible, and one can also imagine this wide body kit painted in body color, as in the presentation video released by Prior Design for the occasion. These parts are intended for tuning fans who want to have a Porsche Taycan with an extraordinary appearance.

This kit is also equipped with black wheels, equipped with a fluorescent yellow trim that matches the bright color of the body. The set is also complemented by Prior Design stickers on the doors, rear glass, and on the hood in the form of a stylized black stripe.

These elements were created for the Porsche Taycan Turbo and Turbo S (without the SportDesign package), which already have an aerodynamic kit as standard. In order to make the Prior Design kit compatible with the other trims in the Porsche Taycan range, the Turbo and Turbo S body parts must first be added to them.

Porsche Taycan Prior Design: individual price

On the price side, you’ll have to shell out €1,590 for the front spoiler, €1,590 for the rear diffuser, €1,490 for the side skirts, and €890 for the tailgate spoiler. All 10 body kits for Porsche Taycan have invoices 8950 euros.

On the mechanical side, Prior Design did not make any modifications. As a reminder, the Porsche Taycan Turbo is equipped with an engine with a capacity of 680 horsepower, and the Turbo S version has 761 horsepower. Meanwhile, acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h takes 3.2 and 2.8 seconds, respectively.
