The French woman filed a complaint at the Fréjus police station in February, accusing the coach of rape and sexual assault allegedly committed between 2012 and 2015 in Saint-Raphaël.

At the time of the facts mentioned in the complaint, the athlete was between 15 and 18 years old.

The 25-year-old athlete published a message in which she said that she did not consent to sexual relations with her former coach, and said that she believes that justice in France will make the right decision in this case.

Meanwhile, Sara Beylek was repeatedly groped on the bottom by her father and coach after qualifying for the main draw at the 2022 US Open.

The 2012 and 2013 Australian Open champion said that if she had a daughter on the WTA, she would be very scared of what might happen to her.

“We see these vulnerable young women being taken advantage of in various circumstances. It’s so sad and I get so emotional when I think about what I’m going through.

If I had a daughter, I would seriously question whether she would want to play tennis because I wouldn’t want her to experience any kind of abuse.
