Yesterday in Cairo, a protocol was signed between the head of GEETHA, General Konstantinos Floros, and his Egyptian colleague, Lieutenant General Osama Rosdi Askar, regarding the training of Greek officers at the Nasser Higher Military Academy and the Egyptian Command and Staff School.
The signing is another important step in deepening bilateral relations between the two countries, diplomatic sources emphasize and add that these relations have acquired a strategic character and cover the entire spectrum of bilateral and multilateral cooperation.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs welcomes the signing of the relevant protocol, which complements the series of bilateral agreements recently signed between the two countries, culminating in the agreement on the delimitation of the exclusive economic zone, signed in August 2020 by the Minister of Foreign Affairs. Nikos Dendias and Egyptian colleague Sameha Shukri.
