A high school teacher at a school in Lesbos, accused of insulting the sexual dignity of nine of his students, was sentenced late tonight by a three-member Mytilini court to 28 months in prison by merger.
At the same time, the court decided to send the case materials to the prosecutor’s office to verify the facts of forgery committed after the use of the professor.
The offense concerns the falsification of the school pass register, on the use of which – and the passes of the students mentioned in it on the alleged dates of the offenses – the convicted person based his line of defense.
