From September to December, the second edition of TRANSFORMATOR, an accelerator program that supports companies and non-governmental organizations in better understanding sustainable development, developing sustainable strategic goals and transforming their business model, is taking place.

The program includes mentoring sessions, sustainable business workshops, foresight and investment sessions, audit and sustainability strategy, consultation hours and feedback sessions with the Advisory Board.

TRANSFORMER is a social innovation solutions program designed for small and medium-sized enterprises and non-governmental organizations with at least three years of work experience that propose solutions or actively participate in the achievement of one or more of the following 10 SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals): Zero Poverty (1) , Health and Wellbeing (3), quality education (4), gender equality (5), water and sanitation (6), clean and affordable energy (7), decent work and economic growth (8), sustainable cities and communities (11), responsibility Consumption and production (12) and climate action (13).

The organizer of the Social Innovation Solutions (SIS) program aims to help individuals and organizations understand the transformations of the future and develop sustainable technologies, public policies and business solutions. SIS organizes several incubators and accelerators in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, cooperating with more than 100 startups every year. SIS also develops several platforms for conversations about sustainable development, future trends and the circular economy, such as Future Summit, Sustainable Futures or Climate Change Summit, and offers consulting and educational programs for managers in the field of forecasting, innovation and sustainable development.
