Each city has its own unique character, but it is the individual quarters of each city in the world with their own special characteristics that become a small cradle of culture and life, more or less acquiring their own “name”.

Sometimes they are also specific roads those that are worth a visit and stand out for what they offer. TimeOut consulted 20,000 ‘experts’ to compile list 33 steepest streets in the world, looking at what they offer in terms of food, entertainment, culture as well as for the community itself.

AT 12th on the list we also find the Greek road, Kolokotroni, in the center of Athens. Indeed, in recent years, Kolokotroni has been bustling with life and is a street where you can buy from vintage items to the most fashionable clothes, eat souvlaki or some “exotic” street food and drink coffee with a refreshing cocktail.
