
A 42-year-old man in Kaminia was arrested by members of the Piraeus security sub-directorate for professional and subsequent robberies.
According to EL.AS, on 24.08.2022, a 42-year-old man, after a preliminary investigation, found that he, wearing a protective mask, approached a kiosk in the Kaminia district and threatened with a knife, immobilized the worker and seized the amount of money.
When he was detained on the same day, a package containing 0.86 grams was found and seized. heroin, blade and amount of money.
As it became known to the investigation, the defendant systematically committed robberies, during which, wearing a protective mask, he approached the store employees and, mainly threatening them with a sharp object, immobilized them and took out sums of money.
6 cases of robberies committed in shops in the Piraeus region in the last period of time have been disclosed.
The detainee was taken to the Piraeus prosecutor’s office for criminal cases.
