During the meeting, it is planned to discuss the promotion of initiatives to protect the marine environment and, in particular, the organization by Greece of the International Conference “Our Ocean” in 2024, the Foreign Ministry said. .
It is also expected to consider further prospects for bilateral cooperation.
This will be the second meeting in months between the Foreign Secretary and the US President’s Special Envoy for Climate Change. Their meeting was preceded by the previous May in Washington.
