The building is completely designed for Bentley owners. Each resident will have a private garage for parking three or four cars. It is actually a revolutionary elevator that will allow every residentbring your own car to the apartment. This elevator was developed in partnership with Dezer Development.

In particular, vehicles will be equipped with a sticker that will be scanned by the system. The latter will know to which apartment the car is sent, and thus direct the driver to the right elevator. Therefore, the driver will not have to leave his car or press a button. “Dezervator” will serve all floors of the tower. Technically speaking, each lift has a hydraulic system that grips the car by the tires to pull it over robotic shuttle systemwhich, in turn, transports the car up or down to the desired floor.
