
The Russian-appointed head of the Ukrainian town of Mikhailovka in the Russian-controlled part of the Zaporozhye region died yesterday, Tuesday, as a result of a bomb explosion in his car.
In a Telegram message, Vladimir Rogov, a member of the Zaporozhye regional administration, said that the head of Mikhailovka, Ivan Sushko, was seriously injured as a result of a bomb explosion planted under his car, and soon died in the hospital.

This is the latest in a series of assassinations of Russian-appointed officials in its occupied territories. Ukrainian.
In the neighboring Kherson region, the deputy mayor of Novaya Kakhovka was shot dead in his home on 6 August.
