There is not much time left before the start of the US Open 2022 (the last Grand Slam of the year starts on August 29), and the organizers presented the poster for this year’s tournament in Flushing Meadows on the official Twitter.
Novak Djokovic is not on the US Open 2022 schedule
In this poster we see Serena Williams (she announced that this will be the last tournament of her career), Carlos Alcaraz, Igu Sviatek, Naomi Osaka, Daniil Medvedev, Emma Radukana, Nick Kyrgios and Rafael Nadal.
One of the 2021 finalists, Novak Djokovic, is absent.
Unvaccinated against Covid-19, Nole has a minimal chance of taking part in the US Open 2022, and a poster presented by the organizers a few days before the start clearly states that the Serb will not be at Flushing Meadows.
From August 29 to September 11, New York will host the last Grand Slam tournament of the year. The champions of the title are Daniil Medvedev and Emma Reducanu.
It’s time.
