
Three boats with 237 Immigrants have been discovered in the last 48 hours in Kiterawhile five people suspected of human trafficking, three Turkish citizens and two Russian citizens, have been arrested so far.
In the first boat, which was a sailboat and ran aground in the Piso Yialos Kapsaliou area, 97 people (15 women and 82 men) were found, including three Turkish alleged traffickers aged 30, 29 and 17.
The second ship, also a sailboat, was in the area of the Kapsal Sea south of Cythera.
In total, there were 73 people (6 women, 46 men and 21 minors), including two arrested Russian citizens, allegedly engaged in human trafficking, aged 41 and 34 years.
Today at dawn on the beach of Limnionas in Kythira, another boat was seen, the third in a row.
According to the first information, this is a catamaran with 67 immigrants of different nationalities. The immigrants landed and were discovered by the authorities.
