Kovacs will referee the match between Levski Sofia and the Maltese team Hamrun Spartans, which will take place on Thursday, August 11, from 21:00 at the Georgi Asparuhov Stadium in Sofia.
Vasile Florin Marinescu and Ovidiu Artene are appointed assistant referees, while Andrej Civulete will be the fourth official.
Levski won the first match with a score of 1:0.
AND Horatio Feshnyk will referee Bulgaria’s ŢSKA Sofia away to Ireland’s Saint Patrick’s Athletic FC on Thursday 11 August at Tallaght Stadium in Dublin (21:45).
Valentin Avram and Alexandru Cherei were delegated as referee assistants, and Sebastian Kolcescu was appointed as the fourth referee.
